Were Will They Be Next?

I started with the idea of having one bracelet on a journey to spread positive energy and good thoughts after my surgery in May 2012. I was scared, I feared the worst of all possible outcomes. Cancer, even at it's best is not an easy thing to face.

After posting about what I was facing on my Beaded Bear's Nonsense blog, I received so many well wishes as comments on the blog, emails and even cards by snail mail.

I wanted to pay back in some fashion those good vibes I could not have done without. One bracelet became two, then four, and now.... there are 24 traveling the world!!

All I know is, is that this is a good thing. The bracelets are traveling all over the world.

I hope this continues on for a good long time.

A Goal That Begs a Bracelet or 10.....


Help Marcia obtain her goal


Marcia DeCoster asked me if she would be greedy if she had a public goal of trying to have each of the bracelets in her possession for a week.

I thought the idea to be terrific! I LOVE her enthusiasm, and support of the Traveling Bracelets. It is fantastic when those who have the bracelets come through with both their reports and photos for just one  bracelet  but when someone is wanting ALL TEN and is obviously having fun with the idea, now that is something!

How many will Marcia get??


I told Marcia that by all means, "GO FOR IT". So she posted her intentions on the sign up page here and on her blog as well as facebook. I guess she is serious about it! So if you have the bracelet at some point and wish to pass one on to her that she has not had, let's see if she can wind up with all 10.  I am sure she will have great energy to share and stories to tell.

Anyone wanna take bets as too how many she will get and the time frame??  :)

  1. My book doesn't have a photo of Alpine I don't think and I love it! and Carribean and Indian Paisley and Aborigian and....yep, still want them all. Won't you help me?
